If you have heard of a “Mantilla” style veil, you probably picture traditional spanish-type, lace-covered veils that are seen most often in a cathedral and covered with lace….something gorgeous and historical, but not very modern.

Well, let us introduce the Modern Mantilla….our take on the gorgeous mantilla shape, but updated for a bride of today. This veil is cut like a circle and applied onto its comb without any gathering, so it is super sheer at the top, and has a classic cascading edge down the side.

The Maylynn veil pictured is inspired by one of our unique, boho brides. It is sewn on a standard 3.5” comb, has a narrow horsehair edging, and a polka-dot vintage-esq trim. This veil can be worn in lengths 36”-72” and be made simply with horsehair only, or also edged in a narrow lace trim. Choose your length, tulle color, and edging option when ordering.
